Payment and Rental Terms
The total rental fee and security deposit will be charged to the renter’s credit card at the start of the rental.
Cash payments are not accepted.
For Luxury and Premium vehicle groups, a single credit card issued by a bank must be presented.
The rental agreement is issued at the time of rental, and WindyCar’s General Rental Terms and Conditions apply within the scope of this campaign.
Any price differences that may occur at the end of the rental will be collected or refunded at the rental location.
The credit card holder must be physically present at the rental office. Rentals cannot be made using a third-party credit card.
In addition to the rental fee, a deposit will be collected depending on the vehicle brand and model. Therefore, the credit card limit must be sufficient to cover both the rental fee and the deposit amount.
The deposit will be refunded to the same credit card after deducting any additional services, coverage fees, missing fuel, damages, fines, or similar charges, if applicable.
Deposit refunds will be reflected on your credit card within 3–7 business days, depending on the bank’s internal procedures.

Discounted prices are calculated based on the vehicle’s List Price.
Insurance packages and/or additional products that can be selected during the reservation are not included in the campaign.
