How can I benefit from the campaign?
Create an eligible WindyCar booking and provide your Miles&Smiles TK number in the notes field of your online booking or at the time of rental.
How many Miles can I earn?
You can earn 500 Miles on rentals of 1–6 days and 1,000 Miles on rentals of 7 days or more.
When will my Miles be credited?
Earned Miles will be credited to the renter/driver’s Miles&Smiles account within 30 days after the rental agreement is closed.
Which bookings are eligible?
Eligible bookings made through the WindyCar website using the “Pay Now” option, as well as rentals booked through the WindyCar Reservation Centre or WindyCar offices, are included in the campaign.
Can I combine this campaign with other offers?
No. This Miles campaign cannot be combined with other campaigns, benefits or discounts. Rentals benefiting from another offer or discount are not eligible to earn Miles.
What should I do if my Miles are not credited?
If you believe the Miles earned from your rental have not been credited, contact us at [email protected] or call the WindyCar Call Centre at +90 850 339 46 39.
What are the other terms?
WindyCar’s general rental terms apply. The right to earn Miles is non-transferable, and Miles are credited only to the Miles&Smiles account registered in the renter/driver’s own name. WindyCar reserves the right to amend the campaign terms.
