Je souhaitais écrire cet avis dans ma langue maternelle afin d'exprimer pleinement mon sentiment. Je me demandais d'abord si j'allais rencontrer des problèmes avec l'entreprise locale en réservant en ligne. Leurs avis et leur planification étaient excellents, et j'ai donc effectué la réservation. Nous avons rencontré M. Erdem, un homme sympathique, courtois et vraiment professionnel. Il a répondu à tous nos besoins et même plus. Il était à nos côtés depuis la prise en charge du véhicule jusqu'à la dernière étape pour s'assurer de notre satisfaction et nous a également recommandé des destinations pour notre voyage. Cela faisait longtemps que nous n'avions pas bénéficié d'un service aussi complet. MERCI BEAUCOUP.
