My vehicle had a problem, and in exchange, I was promised a higher-category car. I had to drive it to the airport even though I had reserved it in town. Upon arrival, I was given a vehicle of the same category without gas, even though I had filled mine up. In short, five hours wasted and not even a gesture of goodwill.
